Qualification Via Phone/Text(877) 360-3335

The information you provide will be used to determine if you qualify for reduced rates, through the installation of solar panels and batteries on-site at your home, in order to significantly reduce the cost for existing PG&E electrical service customers. Savings vary based on qualifying factors.

If you do qualify, we will notify you and offer you further information from qualified local contractors in your area.

Contractors should visit your home and view your past energy usage and future energy needs. In order to receive an accurate system design, you should expect to provide your VPP contractor with either your annual kWh usage numbers from the PG&E website, or a copy of your most recent PG&E bill. This is necessary for them to properly analyze the proper size for your solar and battery storage system, as well as to complete your PG&E interconnection documents if you do qualify for the program.

The three most important aspects that potential solar contractors can analyze and provide information for you on are:

  • The amount of electricity the system can produce
  • The monthly cost of the electricity the system produces
  • The capacity of the storage system matching the home’s usage needs

This information is used by your contractor to provide an accurate size of the system you need to fully benefit from the program.
